How does your pricing model work?
We buy your inventory at wholesale cost and earn our margin through marketplace sales. No setup fees, no monthly retainers, no hidden charges. Pure performance alignment — we only win when you win.
What product categories do you work with?

How fast can you get my products live?
Most brands are live on Amazon within 2–4 weeks. This includes listing optimization, brand registry setup, FBA shipment, and initial ad campaigns. Walmart typically runs in parallel.
What’s the minimum order quantity or brand size?
We work with brands of all sizes — from startups doing $50K/year to established brands at $10M+. The key factors are product-market fit and category potential, not current revenue.
Operations & Logistics
Can you sell in US, Canada, and Mexico simultaneously?
Yes — and we recommend it. Cross-border expansion is often the highest-ROI move. We handle logistics, currency, localized content, and compliance for all three markets.
Who handles shipping and fulfillment?
We handle everything. Inventory ships to Amazon FBA warehouses, and we manage replenishment, multi-channel distribution, and returns processing.
How do you handle returns?
Returns are part of marketplace operations. We handle all customer returns through Amazon FBA and other marketplace channels. Any unsellable inventory is tracked and communicated transparently.
What marketplaces do you sell on?
Amazon US, Amazon Canada, Amazon Mexico, Walmart, eBay, Temu, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. We recommend starting with Amazon and expanding based on performance.

Who controls my brand on Amazon?

How do you protect my brand on Amazon?
Through Amazon Brand Registry, we help enforce MAP policies, remove unauthorized sellers, and maintain listing quality. Your brand integrity is our top priority.
Partnership & Terms
What if it doesn’t work out? Can I leave?
Absolutely. No long-term contracts. We earn your business every month through results. If you’re not satisfied, you can end the partnership with 30 days notice — no penalties, no drama.
How do you report performance?
You get full transparency: weekly reports with sales, inventory, and ad spend data. Monthly deep dives with strategy recommendations. Real-time access to dashboard with all metrics.
